High Definition Plasma

Our 400 Amp high definition plasma with its 5th axis robotic cutting system can make short work of almost any cutting requirement you may have.  This system can save you time and money by cutting your plate parts with weld bevels, where required.  We can cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum.  In addition, it is fitted with an oxy-fuel system capable of cutting up to 8” carbon steel plate.

Another impressive feature of this system is the ability to cut, cope, and saddle pipe up to 24” OD. Complex templates are a thing of the past with rapid, accurate, high quality cutting, saving money in fit-up and welding, and reducing delivery schedules. Square and rectangular tubing can also be processed.
